March has just started and we have the entire April and May to ourselves! So what better way to utilize them than to travel? These 3 months are ideal to go to places you have heard of but have never been to. The weather is just right, packing is easy and there is an overall fresh feel in the air.
Although these three months are ideal for travel, most people don’t opt for flights till July or August. This gives you plenty of time to save on airfare and unwanted crowds at the airport. You will also get enough time to compare prices and see which airline is giving you the best deals. No two airlines are the same and it is always wise to compare and purchase to save up more. . Travelling in these months will also give you more space when visiting tourist attractions and there won’t be any big crowds to clog your view!
1. Bangkok: definitely the most popular destination for international travel. Sunny beaches, thriving nightlife, old temples and a happening city are all the elements that define Bangkok.
2. Beijing: the first thing that comes to your mind when you hear Beijing is the Great Wall of China! Other than that, be sure you visit the Forbidden City, Ming Tombs and the Temple of Heaven.
3. Dubai: this place is going to exhaust you! Possibly has the most amount of things for tourists to do. Ranging from the highest view in the world from Burj Khalifa to indoor skiing at the Mall of the Emirates, this city has everything. This also is the shopping hub of the world, so make sure you are well prepared!
1. Auckland and Christchurch: Most of us are familiar with the breathtaking views of these places, especially if we are Lord of the Ring fans! You can take a walk in the untouched valleys and sit by the emerald lake, see the white beaches, towering mountains, vast waterfalls, volcanoes, and also visit film locations.
2. Alice Springs: not a lot of people are familiar with this Australian town. Those who experienced it in all its glory call it the best place on earth. This is the place to be for outback adventures, mainly because of its proximity to the Red Centre. Don’t miss out on Uluru, the iconic sandstone rock formation during sunset and sunrise.
3. Sydney: Opera House is the first thought that should cross your mind upon reading this name. The breathtaking views along the Bondi to Coogee Walk, Harbour Bridge will be more than your lifetime can remember.
1. Dublin: definitely the cheapest destination for international travel in Europe. This city is full of ancient castles, natural wonders and full of life pubs. This is all in addition to the breathtaking greenery.
2. Scandinavia: if you are visiting Norway from December through March then make sure you see the Northern Lights. Other than that you get to stay in a hotel made of ice in Sweden and that is exotic enough for a vacation!
